Winning the C/O Berlin Talent Award – Theory means:
- An interview with the winner in the category Artist
- Writing an essay about the winner’s project
- Publication of these texts in an individually designed publication on the exhibition
- Prize money of 3,000 EUR
- International presence and networking
Requirements
- Under 35 years old (exceptions may apply)
- Experience in writing about postcolonial discourses as well as an interest in linguistics, communication and sign systems
- Familiarity with the overall theme of the C/O Berlin Talent Award: New Documentary Strategies
Conditions
- No application fees
- Sufficient time to write the required texts until fall 2024
- Agree to the publication of your texts in the publication of the C/O Berlin Talent Award 2024
- Willingness to have an artist talk with the winner during the exhibition period
