What role do you want to play in the future? In this workshop, we will be inspired by the video installation Manifesto by artist Julian Rosefeldt, which will be on show at C/O Berlin in the exhibition Nothing is Original. In this artwork, the actress Cate Blanchett embodies various characters who demand social change. Together we will talk about our present and our personal visions of the future.
We will then explore your visions and stage them photographically in the urban space. You can develop a character and a photographic situation that expresses your hopes, fears or confidence. Transform yourself, choose a disguise and find the right backdrop for the realization. Whether you stand in front of the camera yourself or stage someone from the group, you create your own personal image of the future.
