Curator's Tour

In the Curator's Tour, Boaz Levin guides through the circular arrangement of the group exhibition Image Ecology, which is divided into four chapters: Energy, Material, Labor, and Waste, inspired by the metabolic cycle.

The twelve exhibiting artists present innovative artistic approaches that engage with the causes and connections of the climate crisis while simultaneously reflecting on the conditions of image production. Levin provides insights into the creation of individual works, exploring the historical and contemporary entanglement of photography and the climate crisis, as well as perspectives on a forward-looking, ecological image practice.
